Cancel or revoke and repayments

If you buy products with us, you have the right to decide for 14 days from delivery that you want to keep the goods if you do.

You can send your order without payment of a fine and without a statement of reason (the costs for this you pay yourself). Within 14 days after we have recovered your order or you have indicated that you want to refrain from the agreement, we will pay you the full purchase price back with the same payment method with which you have paid. You can also deliver or exchange the products free of charge in the store.

The direct costs of returning the goods come for your account. You can return your return package via the post or a courier

We pay the goods back from the moment that we have recovered the goods to control.

Products that we will not accept:

Articles of which the security is deleted whose price label with barcode is deleted, worn or damaged articles of which parts are lacking such as labels, laces, knot articles without original packaging

During the first 14 days after delivery we expect you to handle the order and packaging carefully. If you want to return the goods as described above, you can only unpack them or use them as needed to be able to assess whether you want to keep it good. Returned goods may only be appropriate, but may not be used. If you return the goods, this must happen together with the original packaging, with all supplied accessories and in the original condition and packaging and taking into account our instructions above. Only the amount actually paid is reimbursed.

We treat your order with the greatest care but something can already go wrong. Is the delivery not correct or incomplete? Then contact our customer service viacustomerservice@artsonfashion.be
